On the 6-7th of December International Economical Forum “Open the Donbas – 2007” is going in the Donetsk commercial and industrial chamber
As have been earlier mentioned, on the 6-7th of December in the Donetsk commercial and industrial chamber marked actions – International Economical Forum “Open the Donbas – 2007” are going. Forum is devoted to the 75year anniversary of the Donetsk region with the support of Donetsk region state administration, Donetsk oblast and Donetsk city council.
The main aim of the Forum is to attract the attention of business cooperative community to the investing possibilities of the Donbas and the perspectives of the international cooperation expansion. With the relation to the Euro Football Championship in 2009 and Euro-2012 Donetsk is becoming more and more attractive for the foreign partners and opens new possibilities for the realization of extensive projects.

Yuriy Khivrych conducted the telephone conference
The assistant of the Donetsk RSA chairman Yuriy Khivrych conducted the telephone conference with enterprises of house-communal economy about going through the heating season 2007-2008 years.
Yuriy Khivrych mentioned that the heating season goes through in a normal regime, although from the 29th of November till the 5th of December during 56 hours 9 boiler houses did not work. Today 1 boiler house does not work because of the limitation of water as it is nonpayed.

Heating season of 2007-2008 years
Region house-communal enterprises work permanently for the providing of stationary functioning of the branch objects in autumn-winter period 2007-2008years.
There created the regional staff in Donetsk oblast. Its aim is to fulfill the control of heating season realization, taking measures concerning the supply with the permanent regional house-communal economy of the oblast in autumn-winter period, and also branch objects in terms of the arising of crashes, catastrophes, natural disasters and liquidation of their results.

Viktor Yanukovych visited the tenant enterprise “Zasjad’ko Mine”
 Acting Prime-Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych visited the tenant enterprise “Zasjad’ko Mine”, where he took part in the government commission meeting.
Later on, consorting with Mass Media Viktor Yanukovych informed that “ works are stopped in the mine, only three miners work on the spillway. At the nearest time acting government chairman is planning to carry on negotiations with the Prime-Minister of Russian Federation Viktor Zubkov. He also is going to attract the specialists from Poland, Germany and USA as the country representatives with the most powerful coal industry for the joint enquiry of crash causes and results.

Efficient information concerning the crash on the tenant enterprise “Zasjad’ko Mine” 03.12.2007 at 07:00 at the morning
 On the 2nd of December 2007 there have happened the explosion in a behind brattice area during the realization of creating brattice for isolating the layer on Zasjad’ko mine.
At the moment of explosion there were 231 rescue workers and miners in the mine. Five people out of 195 rescue workers are mortally traumatized. At 00:40 after midnight all miners and rescue workers leaved the mine. All who leaved the mine were given medical help and delivered to hospitals
On the third of December at 07:00 in the morning 66 injured are located in regional medical institutions (33 miners and 33 rescue workers): Regional traumatological hospital – 9; Kalinin hospital – 12; occupational disease clinic – 44; burning centre – 1.

Regional holiday of boarding school pupils “Let’s support the creative growth of disabled children”
Today the assistant of Donetsk RSA chairman Olena Petryajeva took part in the regional holiday of boarding school pupils of regional communal property “Let’s support the creative growth of disabled children”.
Olena Petryajeva congratulated with the best words and wishes the pupils of boarding schools.
Delegations from all region towns and districts, permanent sponsors, Mass Media representatives, pupils and teachers of boarding schools took also part in the holiday.

Yuriy Khivrych conducted the teleconference
The assistant of RSA chairman, Yuriy Khivrych, conducted a planned teleconference with enterprises of house-communal economy about going through the heating season 2007-2008 years.
Within the beginning of the meeting he informed all present about the results of Ministry collegium’s meeting devoted to house-communal economy of Ukraine that took place in Kyiv on the 29th of November. That meeting outlighted the reforming of house-communal economy in Chernigov and Zhytomyr oblasts, the changes in law basis necessary for providing with a qualitative reforming of the sphere.
