Opening of call-center at Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine
Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine created a call-center, which will give information and advices for questions related to the journeys of the Ukrainians abroad.
Call-center is created to fulfill the governmental program „Towards the people” in order to defend the rights and interests of the Ukrainians. Call-center will help Ministry of foreign affairs and diplomatic establishments of Ukraine to react operative upon unforeseeable situations, which can happen with the Ukrainian citizens in other states.
Persons, who address to the call-center, will have an opportunity to get answers in relation to the following questions:
- procedures and rules of receiving visas for journeys abroad;
- consular-legal questions;
- peculiarities of staying in other states;
- prevention of people trade;
- events of extraordinary character.
Call-center will work round-the-clock and will give operative, skilled and cost-free consultations.
Besides, Ministry of foreign affairs works up possibility of additional services for the subscribers of mobile communication, in particular, when there is roaming – sending sms-reports with contacts’ information of Ukrainian consular establishments in the country of subscriber’s staying and mentioned call-center and also introduction of a call-center unique brief number for all Ukrainian mobile operators.
