Support of young will be realized on the Donetsk railway

The chief of the Donetsk railway Mykola Serhiyenko has told about it at a meeting with young specialists on September 30. The given event has been organized with the purpose to learn about the greatest serious complications and problems in work, with which young specialists of enterprise structural divisions are faced.

Now, the Donetsk railway occupies 68 thousands persons, 43 thousands out of which - young people in the age till 35 years, and middle age of the worker - 38 years. It is the best index among railways network of Ukraine.

 

According to Mykola Serhiyenko, in order to analyze the adaptation of young specialists to production and staff turnover of the previous year there has been lead monitoring. According to polling results, priority needs of young specialists are the level of wages, presence of habitation, normal conditions and organization of work, an opportunity of career growth. The Donetsk railway will try to solve these problem questions.

 

“The management of the branch understands that the youth meets the certain difficulties - material and household. Therefore, Position about the organization of specialists’ preparation with higher education for the enterprises of railway transportation is accepted. It will allow to include work experience of the young specialist for payment of the extra charge to the salary for long service since January 1, 2009. Besides, the enterprise enables to realize itself to all responsible and knowing the business young specialists, offering growth, - the chief of the Donetsk railway has told.

 

As Mykola Serhiyenko has noted, the primary goal of the railway consists in preservation of leadership in the services market in conditions of a competition between different types of transport. There is a number of aspects that require constant attention: introductions of technologies, automation of the workplaces, the proved price policy and, certainly, worthy exchange. At present, one of factors of attraction and holding of the staff on the railway is a question of flats construction and giving of places in a hostel. Besides, young specialists can receive loans and credits for household problems solving from the enterprise.

 

Meeting was ended by chief of the Donetsk railway Mykola Serhiyenko with granting of Letter of commendation and money prize to young specialists of the enterprise, who has already recommended themselves as responsible and perspective workers.
