In September 5, 6 there will be held All-Ukrainian cycle race “Sport for everybody unites Ukraine” in Donetsk.

In September 5-6, 2008, Donetsk region will support the project of the Ministry of family, youth and sport of Ukraine. This project is to unite all regions due to solemn carrying state symbols and flags of regions, in which will be cycle race.

 

This cycle race embraces all regions of Ukraine and is carried out according to the following three routes:

I. Western route: Uzhhorod, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, L’viv, Lutsk, Rivne, Khmelnytsk, Vinnytsja, Zhytomyr, and Kyiv.

II. Southern route: Sevastopol, Simferopol, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, and Kyiv.

III. Eastern route: Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv.
 

At 18.00 p.m. sporting complex “Olympic” will receive solemn meeting of sportsmen with participation of city and region leadership.

 

Solemn forwarding of sportsmen to further route will be held from the memorial “To Sacrifices of fascism” (area of RCCH) at 10.30 a.m., September 6.
