Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO signed the order about regulation of land relationships, usage and protection of lands

RSA chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO signed the order for fulfillment of Decree of the President of Ukraine from February 14, 2008, № 121/2008 “About decision of the National safety and defense council of Ukraine from January 18, 2008, “About the fulfillment of the Decree of the President of Ukraine from November 21, 2005, № 1643 “About decision of the National safety and defense council of Ukraine from June 29, 2005, “About keeping to legislation requirements and measures towards increasing state policy effectiveness in the sphere of land relationships’ regulation, usage and land protection”, according to 39th article of the Law of Ukraine “About local state administrations”.

The order foresees:
1. To create a working group to control keeping to state legislation in force within taking decisions of district state administrations concerning land problems (further – working group) and to set its personal staff.
2. To working group:
 To check keeping to state legislation in force within taking decisions of district state administrations concerning land problems according to timetable.
 To report every month to working group on complex determination of questions concerning state policy realization in the sphere of rational land usage and protection in Donetsk region.
3.  Control over the fulfillment of this order is to be charged to first deputy chairman Serhij DERHUNOV.
