Selective conference of the President Secretariat of Ukraine leadership

The President Secretariat of Ukraine deputy chairman Roman BEZSMERTNYJ conducted Selective conference of the President Secretariat of Ukraine leadership with chairman of autonomous republic Crimea Ministers’ Council, RSA, Kyiv and Sevastopol DSA chairmen. During the action there were made intermediate conclusions towards fulfillment the Order of the Ukrainian head “About Spring combined work of planting and public welfare”.
RSA chairman Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO took part in the selective conference. Also there were present RSA deputy chairman Yurij KHIVRYCH, city planning, head of the architecture and house-communal economy governance Valeriy LUKASHENKO, leaders of communal enterprises and RSA structural subdivisions, in Donetsk studio “Ukrtelekom”.

 

Region representatives reported about amount and directions of fulfilled work, about the main problems that are charged to local authority. Roman BEZSMERTNYJ pointed out that during month, according to received data 16.2 millions of seedlings were pricked off in Ukraine. At the same time, works were disproportionate made in all regions.
 The President Secretariat of Ukraine deputy chairman drew attention to positive work dynamics that is carried out in Donetsk region.

According to Volodymyr LOGVYNENKO, in region cities and districts are developed and set complex working plans, results of which became  concrete measures, to which were included corresponding structural subdivisions and governances. They are the following:
- forest and hunting economy governance,
- automobile roads service,
- state environment protection governance,
-governance of education and science

In order to proper controlling for timely and complete fulfillment of expected measures, and also for providing with help and correction the situation, there are considered questions of public welfare and planting during selective conference with region cities and districts.

Local budgets of city executive committees and district state administrations foresee resources amounting UAH 104.8 millions for public welfare of population centres.
On the 29th of March, regional subotnik (in former USSR, voluntary unpaid work on days off), in which 5 thousands enterprises of various forms of property, 210 thousands people took part and 1.3 thousands units of technology.
Generally, fulfillment of “Spring combined work of planting and public welfare” and also subotnik in Donetsk region resulted in the following:
- planted trees and bushes – 26788 units on the territory of 76.57 hectares;
- created new green areas, parks, public gardens – 28 units;

To proper sanitary condition are brought:
- parks and public gardens – 1192 units on the territory of 1471.8 hectares;
- house subordinate territories - 3146.4 hectares;
- children and sporting grounds – 925 units on the territory of 37.95 hectares.
