Yuriy KHIVRYCH conducted the teleconference

The assistant of RSA chairman, Yuriy KHIVRYCH, conducted a planned teleconference with enterprises of house-communal economy about going through the heating season 2007-2008 years.

Yuriy KHIVRYCH informed that during the 24-31s of January there were 24 stops of boiler houses were recorded (general time – near 140 hours), coursed by temperature drops and breakages of electricity transmission heating lines.

 

The assistant of RSA chairman stressed out that the most problematic remain payments for house-communal services and received resources. At the same time, the number of families that receive subsidies are not changed (146.6 thousands of families) and in cities includes 9.2% out of the whole number, and in districts – the lowering of this index.

Yuriy KHIVRYCH says that payments for energy and water supply are of the most complicated situation in Ilovajsk and Khartsyzk. The whole Donetsk region debts for gas, received in January this year, are 106 millions of hryvnyas. At the same time, the Donetsk region has debts for the used blue fuel in 2007 amounting 190 millions of hryvnyas. Debts for salary to communal workers are 2 682 mln. hrn. and the region prosecuting magistracy has already begun working out that question.

 

Yuriy KHIVRYCH called city and district representatives to settle new tariffs for energy in maximally short period of time in order to minimize expenses, coursed by their difference.
